I recently read on the Libertarian Party website that they want to end foreign aid. Does this include the money being spent for the Peace Corps?

Private charities are perfectly fine. It's the government aid that's the problem. Libertarians simply want to be free to choose how they live and spend their money.

Absolutely. Any money collected in taxes by the federal government should not be used for anything other than national defense and the minor amount of bureaucracy needed to maintain law and order. No foreign aid. All aid or peace corps style oraganizations would be funded by private donations. Why should my tax dollars pay for something I may not neccesarily agree with? What if I told you I was going to take half your paycheck and use it to build myself a swimming pool in my yard? Would you agree? Of course not, its your money, you should decide what to do with it, not some government prick that thinks he knows whats best for you.

Nah, Libertarians like Peace. They want to end the Bush administration so bad they all agreed to vote straight Democrat.
