IN BUSINESS TERM
BILLS PAYABLE
(ie.BILLS OF EXCHANGE / HUNDI ( INDIAN WORD))
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
ALL WHICH IS DUE FOR ON DATE AND BOOKS ENTRY MADE FOR IT
CALL AS ACCOUNT PAYABLE

They are the same. Maybe you call bills payable paying by invoice and AP paying by statement but they are the same.
