too late. sometimes it's not even the morning anymore. usually that's not a problem for me, but it is for my supervisor.
i set my 1st alarm for 7:50. IF i sit up i take my adderall (amphetamine) and go back to sleep. then logic says when the 2nd alarm goes off at 8:30 i'll wake right up and dash off to work bright-eyed and bushy headed. well, it DOES work, WHEN i wake up at the first alarm. bummer the last 2 mornings. i haven't been getting in a good morning meditation before work this week and i need to attain alpha level in the worst way. know what i mean? anyhoo i wake up at 9:35 this morning (35 minutes late for work) and tell my supervisor i'll be there in 10. and i lay back down again. man, i hate my job. probably why i'm 'sleeping in' this week. just the thought of trudging to a job i only tolerate because of my vanity in needing a roof over my head brings me to a spell of dry heaves and contact dematitus from your friend's 'fur' coat. can you dig THAT?! hmmm. come to think of it, i'm pretty sleepy right now. maybe if i get to bed by midnight instead of 2:30-3 am i won't oversleep. then i'll have time to meditate and cleanse my chi (whatever THAT is) before going to work... which really isn't THAT bad... OK. i'm freaking myself out. good night. zzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZ

It was 3:30 am.....till about a month ago. I changed jobs and now the earliest is 7:00 am.

I wake at 4 am, my very dependent husband needs help getting himself together in the mornings. @ 5 I shower and wake my 3 yr old at 5:30am and we are out of the door at 6am.
