neither they both suck! get at least newer models like in the geforce 7 series i suggest above a geforce 7600 gt they cost about 100 to 150 and their really good for mid games

well if you really have to choose, get the extreme as it is more geared towards gaming.
of course, i would recommend getting neither and getting a more up to date card. i recommend the 7800 GT if your not looking to spend alot, or, if you have the money, getting a 8800 GTX so you can play next-gen games coming for the computer soon(this fall)
