ok if the baby can hiccup in the womb can he also pass gas? i know what it feels like when he hiccups but recently ive fell this different feeling not like hiccups its only like for a couple seconds and happens thru out the day and sometimes its loud as if my stomach was gurggling but its not is it possible that he farted

Could just be that you, (not the baby) has gas. Pretty common in pregnancy.

No gas is possible in the womb because there is no air and no digestion. Baby gets fed through the mother's bloodstream after the blood goes through the placenta.

it is probably gas, but not from the baby.
