Greek an English belong to the Caucasion race as do Italians and Lebanese-what you mention are different nationalities(coming from different countries) but NOT different races like Caucasian,African American-Black,Brown, Oriental. Different races indicates different physical charateristics like distinct difference in skin color and facial features. No you are not since you are both Caucasian(white).

It depends on society. To me, you seem relatively racially similar, but I can't define how the rest of popular society will interpret it. Even if it is interracial, I wouldn't give a fig.

You guys are of different european nationalities, but not of different races. I hope that one day the world will be colorblind to such things though. I wish you luck in your relationship and I do hope that to you it will no longer matter what race your significant other is. To really answer the question no its not.

What does it matter? What is important is that you build a loving relationship based on mutual admiration, trust, and respect. I think those qualities transcend any racial or cultural boundaries.
