Of course not. In fact, Dr.'s will tell you that if you are thinking about trying to conceive, you should start taking prenatal vitamins about 6 months prior to becoming pregnant.

hrmm well I'm no expert but I starting taking them 6 months ago and I'm now 22 weeks pregnant - I haven't put on any weight in fact I think taking them has helped me feel a bit better energy wise as it keeps your iron levels etc at a good functional rate. If you are concerned, best to speak with your Doctor/OBGYN/Pharmacist about any possible side affects. Also, read the information leaflet in the box/jar....this normal lists everything you can think of! :D

No they won't make you fat. But you should only be taking them if you are
a. Trying to conceive
b. Pregnant
c. Breastfeeding
If you are not doing any of the above then I suggest buying a Women's Multivitamin to take instead.

no, it will not but, remember they are designed for the needs of a pregnant woman. If you do not need them it would be wise to not take them. Overloading your body with certain minerals and or vitamamens can cause a lot of internal damage to your liver and kidneys.
