Only one mystery was solved and that was the story behind Jack's tatoos. I'm sorry to say that the 3 mysteries thing was false advertising. Don't blame Lost for it though. It was completely ABC's doing. In the official Lost podcast on the ABC website, the creators of the show even said that they had no idea what the promo was referring to when it said 3 mysteries would be solved.

I just watched it - and I couldn't tell you. Maybe where did Jack get his tatoo and what does it say?? Personally I never considered that an important "mystery" but that is the only questions I saw answers to.
