There will be 6 participants. Edge and CM Punk have already qualified and will be in the match. I believe I read that Booker T. qualifies on Smackdown.
I'm not sure who the other 3 will be, but I think Randy Orton will be one.

Before I answer your question, let me tell you something. When I was your age, we didn't have your new fangled cellular telephones. This was the 1990s, times were hard back then. All you had was 1-800-COLLECT and a phone booth, IF YOU WERE LUCKY.
Now the question: lets see here, we know that Edge and Punk are in and that RVD and Nitro out. That leaves one more for RAW and ECW and two more for Smackdown (assuming they are still doing only six men).
For RAW, my guess is Orton as the second man
For ECW, either Snitsky or Knox will get the slot
For Smackdown, I initially thought Kennedy or MVP. Then I heard the spoilers about Booker winning a slot and I also remember they teased a MVP/Benoit feud at No Mercy. So I'm going with Kennedy and Booker in the Money in the Bank match and an MVP vs Benoit match with the U.S. title on the line.
I'm not to happy with the list I just made. That would make it one face and five heels. I don't know what kind of match that would end up being. We might see a face turn from the winner when its all said and done, or even right in the middle of the match.

yes booker t qualified yesterday on smackdown, I saw the event in San Diego so the other 3 are yet to be known. Khali came out and kicked kanes *** and booker t pinned him
