I have run the diagnostic check and still nothing happened.

Sometimes when my front loader wont lock shut, it means there is too many clothes in there the machine recognises it and wont lock. give it a go with only one or two items in

If that doesnt work ^ try to call the retailer you bought it from, theyre usually pretty good about helping you get stuff fixed...
We don't sell Kenmores, so I'm not quite sure what the problem could be....check your lates and make sure there is nothing caught inside.

check in the rubber lining around the door (the wide rubber piece just inside the door) and see if something is stuck in there... it could cause the door from completely shutting
