Chi-Chi's was my all time favorite restuarant and I am really having Chi-Chi's withdrawals. Me and my family dined there atleast 2-4 times a month. I feel so lost.Yes, we eat out at other places(Don Pablos,Olive Garden,Red Lobster),but i still miss my favorite restuarant.Any other Chi-Chi lovers out there?

We lost our Chi Chi's several years ago.We had some great times there.I still have a birthday sombrero that was given to a close friend on his birthday. He died a few years back.Seeing your question brings back a lot of great memories.I'm going to give his brother a call just to say hello,THANK YOU !!!Have a Great Day!Rob

I started my period at a Chi Chi's when I was 12. The food was good too.

I dont MISS it, I feel I MISSED OUT since I've never been there. I heard about it once from my History teacher...he went there in his home town of Michighan and spoke of it so passionately that I wonder what the food tasted like. Of course, when he mentioned it in my high school class, since nobody had heard of it before, half the class giggled because chichis is another word for breasts.

You must be from the East Coast. We had one in Erie, Pa. that I always used to go to. I love eating there as well. I always got the Burrito Grande. It took up the entire plate but Boy! was it good. Then l couldn't wait for the sopapias with honey. They were just as great.

Yes, before they got in trouble for food poisoning, I used to love their seafood enchilada cancun. Mmmm. And it was so great that if it was someone's birthday theyd give you free fried icecream and make you wear that awful sombrero.

Yep...used to go to one back east. Biggest tacos on a mound of lettuce as I recall!
