The spear is in 3 pieces and last known position that i've heard is: The spear was dug up from Adolf Hitler's hidding place and taken into United States control.

Another lance has been preserved at Krakow, Poland since at least the 1200s, however German records indicate that it was a copy of the Vienna lance. Emperor Henry II had it made with a small sliver of the original lance. Another copy was given to the Hungarian king at the same time.
and it wasn't dug up. it was in a cave in Germany along with other art that Hitler was storing in the cave getting ready to send to Switzerland when a American unit stumbled upon it

Two or three places claim to have it but it would be hard for any to prove theirs is real. The one that Hitler had is in Hofsburg museum, in Vienna .
