No, there is no weather because there is no atmosphere on the moon. The moon doesn't have a strong enough gravitational pull to retain any kind of gasses near it's surface.
I'm not an expert so you probably would be better checking sites which give details about the moon. Or even enter "moon's atmosphere" into your browser and see what comes up.

No weather. No rain. No storms. No clouds. No wind. No nothing.

Since weather is the study of the atmosphere, and there's no atmosphere, then no weather. That's why when the astronauts landed on the moon, they needed to prop up the flag to make it look like a flag should.

Oh, you might have a meteor shower on occasion.

there is no weather on the moon because there no atmosphere. With out the atmosphere there is no clouds, wind, or heat. There is also no water for any sort of storm.

There are solar winds how ever. These VERY VERY rare and not really found in this part of the universe but they travel at thousands of miles per hour.

Weather is a term that encompasses phenomena in the atmosphere of a planet. The term usually refers the activity of these phenomena over short periods, such as hours or days. Average atmospheric conditions over significantly longer periods are known as climate. Since there is no atmosphere on the Moon there is no weather.

Not in the sense that we have weather on Earth, but the moon is subject to the solar wind, and huge temperature changes from day to night, which cause some weathering, due to differential expansion of rocky surfaces.

Weather, as it is usually understood, refers to conditions like wind and precipitation (rain, snow, etc). Since there is no atmosphere and no water on the moon, there cannot be any wind or precipitation; so, the short answer is thus no, there is no weather on the moon.

There's no weather on the Moon because it doesn't have the gases or air available to form an atmosphere.
