There is no "Speaker" of the Senate per se. Per the constitution, the Vice President presides over the Senate and is "President
of the Senate, Ex Oficio". In the Vice President's absence the "President Pro Tempore" presides over the Senate. The current "President Pro Tempore" of the Senate is Robert Byrd, Democrat from West Virginia -- the post usually goes to the majority party senator with the most seniority. This post is the second highest in the Senate, is the highest ranking senator, and third in line for the Presidency, after the Vice President and the Speaker of the House.

Don't take my word for it but I don't think they have a speaker, they have a president, who just happens to be the Vice President, which is why the Speaker of the House is third in line and not some Senator.
