If you don't have an anti-virus program on your pc now, download one, such as AVG Free, and run it while in Safe Mode. That program is available at the below link.

Exploit.HTML.Mht
This file has been detected because it contains an instruction which attempts to download and install a malicious program on your computer by using a security breach in Internet Explorer.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-025.mspx
This is because the virus is exploiting your windows and you need to get the latest updates to protect your windows
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware . (Install all the updates trend says you do not have )
(3) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .

Dell has more experience than you, and hey ur the one who got the virus, u must have downloaded something dumb or clicked on some stupid link to get it. I would be searching for all the help I could get.
Well, if you google search the name of the virus a tone of stuff pops up about it, so go there and try to find instructions on how to remov it. I saw this link real quick:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-025.mspx
a patch from microsoft so it doesn't happen agian, make sure u turn on automatic updates so you don't have to worry about dumb things like this and actually have a full secure version of windows like microsoft intended.

If you are sure you have a virus, I prefer to use one of the more known anti virus programs line Norton or McFee. I am always a little shy about "free" products. Both Norton and McFee will help you find and eliminate the problem if you are a subscriber

You can use the built in computer reversing program, its the system restore found at Program Files - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore, but I think you need to create a restore point where your computer will go back to how it was in that time making all changes reversible, so create a restore point just after you fix the comp

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page til you come to Free Online Scanners
Select Panda ActiveScan
When you get to the site, make sure you do a full system scan
Panda is extremely good, and will clean and disinfect anything it finds on your system
Good Luck!
