i guess but baking soda and peroxide is an alternative, but how will u wash it out with no water...use vodka if u like. there are also brush ups with built in breath freshener and textured finger grips to rub ur teeth with they are decent if u ever are stuck with out a toothbrush or in ur case unclean water.

you can make mouthwash with vodka, in fact it cleans your teeth a little better than normal mouth wash.
