I was just putting some names together. My mom's name Kimberly and my mother in law's middle name is Marie. I thought Kimarie would be cute. How exactly would I pronounce it. Just in idea. Thanks.

That's a really sweet name. :-)
I would probably pronounce it as Kimm-ari, or Kim-mar-ee.

I don't like it. If you can't figure out how to pronounce being her mother, then her teachers, friends, classmates, future coworkers, etc won't have a clue either.

Think of what it will sound like when she's an adult. It might be cutesy for a little girl but it sounds silly for an adult of any age. Also, potential employers will not take her seriously because of her name on applications and resumes.

Kimberly Marie is a much better choice.

dont make up names. when your child grows up, they need a respectable name to get responses from resumes, not something that was 'cute' when they were in diapers. how about kimberly marie if you want to honor people.

I would pronounce it Ki-mar-ee. You could also go with Kim-Marie if you want to use both mothers names. :)

Kimarie sounds very smooth if it is pronounced: Kim-a-rie or Ki-ma-rie. If the name is smooth and easy to say it helps babies and other people to say it easily.

why not just say Kim Marie, it's easier to understand. Good choice.

I think it's pretty. You should go for that. That way it would honor both your mothers.
