I am now studying the violin. And it's fantastic! I've started lessons just over a year ago and it's a dream come true. I'm considered an "older student" and have dreamed of playing the violin since I was a child. You ought to chase YOUR dream of playing the violin - you won't be sorry. It's a long journey, my friend. And it's beautiful.

I play the piano, guitar, bass (mostly electric but have dabbled with upright), drums, organ, and have studied (and played poorly so I stopped!) the bassoon, viola and trombone. Can make intelligible sounds on a mandolin if overdubbing a music track but can't really play it professionally or by itself, the same for recorder (fipple, or internal duct, flute of the middle ages). Would like to get a note out of a modern orchestral flute but can't (drat!) Would also like to play the banjo, the oboe, the trumpet, the sax, the ........................ Man life's too short!!!

I used to play rhythm guitar in a rock/pop band. I would like to learn piano/keyboards.

Guitar, bass, vocals drums. Been in many bands, went to school for recording studio and probably spent about $30.000 building my own home recording studio.I paly anything from Metal to Jazz and even classical.
