Well, I save the really pretty and bold ones by putting it in my room or put it on my front view mirror in my car, but throw away the cheap and tacky ones. I love Mardi Gras because I' am a New Orleans native.

They collect them as a memory from being at the Mardi Gras. It's not a waste of money....it's part of the whole celebration.

I think spending 40-60 bucks on a dozen roses that last MAYBE a week for a Hallmark holiday like Valentine's Day is a waste of money.
