I have a patent and one company in China has for years sold my invention without paying. The company is quite large. Is there any what i can get the royalty or should i forget a about it? I have contacted a attorney in China. I thougt China might like to improve on this issue since the Olympics are hold there next year.

If you have a US patent it is only valid in the US. In other words, people in the US cannot make or sell your invention without your permission. However, if you do not hold a patent in China for this invention, anyone is free to make/sell your invention.

In order to stop the company from making/selling your invention in China you must have a Chinese patent, so you are on the right track by contacting an attorney in China. It's worth pursuing if you have the funds to pay an attorney.
