Just one of the negative side effects of using formula instead of breastmilk!
My breastfed babies both had very sweet-smelling breath.

My babies all had the sweetest breath-- "babies breath" flowers got their name from the sweet milky smell that mothers have been falling in love with for ages.
I'd be concerned if my baby had bad breath. Maybe a trip to the doctor is in order?

Babies can have bad breath from formula or breast milk. Try cleaning the babies gums with a wet cloth. NO SOAP! Just warm water.

My baby has always had sweet smelling breath, as I breastfeed. I know quite a few babies who are formula fed and have really nasty breath. Even their bodies and their poop smell icky. I'm not saying my baby's stools smell like roses, but it definitly isn't as offensive as a formula baby's..... And some people think formula is GOOD for their babes. Blaaak.

My son is 9 months old and he doesnt have bad breath. He is formula fed and eats table food but I also use tooth and gum cleaner on him since he was just a few weeks old. however my godchild who is the same age as my son does not get tooth and gum cleaner and his breath isnt bad either. Guess Ive not been blessed to meet stinky breathed chidren like yourself

Clean the gums and mouth with water after you feed your baby or making him to drink water also helps if the bad breath still persists take your baby to the doctor.

babies have really good breath. If yours has bad breath you need to take him/her to the doctor because it may have an infection. Nasal or in the mouth, or even in the stomach area.

At the bar, my babies have bad breath after about 4 Long island Ice Teas and a pack of Camel filters
That's ok cause my breath. after a few Newcastles isn't anything to be proud of either

babies shouldnt have bad breath, maybe there was something wrong with the baby, like a sour tummy or something.
