Well I say something and she makes it stupid or she gets mad at me because I say the wrong thing. Please help me!

shes not your friend. she likes you because you let her climb up on your back to feel bigger. quit being such a doormat and get a new friend.

That's not a friend. A friend is the type of person that never lets you look or feel stupid. They stand up for you not on you. It's time to get a new friend. The next time she does that to you is the best time to let her know your friendship is over. If she makes you feel stupid again tell her in front of everyone " I may not be a genius but I'm smart enough to know you're a jerk! I'm also smart enough to keep better company.

Just wait around one time and catch them at an off moment. A time will come when they pop off to you in front of people and just have a good comeback for them. For one it'll shut'em up, and they'll feel pretty damn stupid in front of everyone. They may get mad, but i'm pretty sure they'll stop talking mess to you all the time. Once you stand up to someone like that and play that game with them they'll back down and find someone else to pick on. I know, i've done it plenty of times....

i had a friend like that in middle school. She dosent sound like a good friend if shes putting you down and making you feel bad about yourself.I was friends with her in middle school ,but im in high school now and we dont talk anymore.I wish i had took up formyself and you should to. she dosent sound like a good friend if shes putting you down like that. you should take up for yourself and not let anyone walk all over you and make you feel that way. I would call her on the phone and talk to her and tell her that shes always making you look bad in front of your friends and if she gets mad then you should seriously be in the search of a new friend!

If you don't say anything, she wont have any material to make you look stupid.
I suggest Knowing about whatever it is you're going to talk about .. before you open your mouth. This way you know it's not wrong so she can't get mad or make you look stupid ..

Please help you? Only you can choose to stay with a person who makes you look stupid. How about looking around for a new friend who will not do that to you. She isn't going to change, and she actually likes making you look bad, because it makes her look good, she thinks.

I'm sorry to say it but she's not a friend, if she treats you like this, sounds like to me the only reason she does it, is to get people to notice her, or to make her look smarter, well trust me, she's not, I would find new friends that treated me with respect and the care that I deserve, It's obvious that she has neither for you, you deserve better.

Such a person is not your friend! Friends do not sabotage or make their friends seem stupid. She sounds extremely unkind and not trustworthy. Try to disentangle yourself from this unhealthy relationship and find better friends.

She's not a friend. A friend supports you. This person enjoys tearing you down. Either confront her or give her a dose of her own medicine. Make fun of what she says and keep doing it. You'll enjoy it!

You need to talk to your friend about this. She is not treating you as a true friend should! Be firm and straight forward.... if she loves you she will change her attitude.... some people just have very low patience and snap a lot. I do that sometimes! good luck xx

I just left my friend because she was like that. It's the best thing I've ever done. Even though she's not that bright, she still tried to make me seem like an idiot. Of course, my retorts finished it. However, I left her. I'm done with that crap.
