I am newly pregnant just started getting morning sickness and now I have constipation. What can I do to help my discomfort? I am worried about taken things that will give me relief because of the baby... Please Help.

your right not to take anything. your not supposed to take anything during the 1st 12 weeks, then after that you need approval and you still cant take most thigns excpet like extra strenght tylenol. as for morning sickness i dont know how to cure it but i had it too and it sucks, so my condolances!!

Eat a high fiber diet. Vegetables have plenty of fiber, and fruits will help you poo. Try not to let it go on too long you'll get roids trust me i know. Walking and drinking water will help out. Saltine crackers help the morning sickness. I also ate chicken noodle soup it was the only other thing i could keep down but get the lower sodium one. Congratulations mommy!

When I was pregnant with my son I had those same issues. My dr told me I could take stool softeners {I was also on bedrest for a long time 10 weeks actually} and I could take pepto bismal. Try eating alot of green veggies and fruits and lots and lots of water.

drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies....raisins, prunes, all-bran cereal...talk to your doc
