the only time i feel low is when people around me don't respect my feelings ( tht happens often) :(

When I think or do something stupid. It's been happening lately for the past two years. That or, when I sense someone dislikes me.
You really should be more assertive. No one deserves to be treated like crap.

When I'm in a good mood and someone can't stand it and they are just bound and determined to ruin my mood. And I let them do it. That makes me feel low, real low.

Life in general does fine on its own. I have dysthemia--which is mild depression. It means that life kind of sucks. There are ten things by which people define their own happiness level. I'm suffering in five, and missing out on three.

I only feel "low" when I am way below someone (like in a well). ;-)
