Like are there stretches or something for ppl. who cant cross there legs....cause i'm trying to help my friend and she isn't fat or anything shes quite skinny and she has trouble doing this...
i figured it was because she wasn't that flexible...

Don't cross your legs! It puts pressure on the veins and makes them narrow. You could get a blood clot!

Have her stretch out more often. then her muscles will loosen up and then eventually she can cross her legs. weird problem tho, never heard of anyone having problems crossing there legs.

Crossing your legs actually is bad for the circulation and puts a lot of stress on your hip joints and lower back.
