How can i get six pac abs?What exercises well i need to do to get strong abdominals?

if you have a resistance weight bench with a high bar, you can grab the bar and pull it down to the back of your shoulders and then do a crunch. if your just doing by yourself, then crunches do the trick. i read up on muscles once and a while and i have noticed everybody has a six pack its just that fat is on the outside of it. so you have to aerobics to burn off the outer layer of fat. thats what im working on now. i had a six pack 10 years ago now i just have to burn off the six pack i had last weekend. just run, bike anything to get a sweat up, before summer you should have six pack, just stick with it.

do crunches.

but more importantly you need to lose abdominal fat. we all have six packs, its human physiology, but you need to get your stomach fat down to a low amount so that you can actually see the muscles.

stop eating junk, eat quality foods. skip rope every morning and night, and do crunches.

do a variety of exercises, but spend the most time doing traditional crunchs. Mens Health magazine always has good features on ab exercises.
