If I'm a thin girl about 5'0 tall and I start shotput, will that make my arms proportionately larger? Do I have to be bigger to do shotput well?

I rather think it will because it's your arms that do the actual throwing and your bodies momentum just helps. But if your ambidextrous..you could develope both arms muscles.

shotput mainly uses momentum, so being bigger might help, but I don't think shotputting would make your arms bigger.
If it did, then it would only make one arm bigger.

no your arms won't get bigger shot putting you use your entire body,it would be a advantage if you were a little bigger, but don't let that stop you
