How do i know when my babi is ready to change the flow of bottle nipples? Some bottles it takes her forever to eat from and others she downs in no time.

When the feeding is taking longer than 20 minutes then she probably needs a stage 2 nipple. Don't throw the stage 1's out until you're sure she can handle the stage 2 though.

Do you check the flow before feeding? If she takes worn out nipples better, it's probably because they have a faster flow. Just buy the next size up and try them, she will push it out out or gag if they are too fast. (You didn't say how old she is...but I am assuming she is under 7 months...that is what the average package says on the 2nd stage nipples or if they are sitting up)

Oh, also you should maybe try one of those variable flow nipples, that let the baby control how fast the flow is. I haven't tried them yet but it's worth a shot.

Check the nipples, some come with larger holes to let thin pablum through.
