im only 15
i dont live in my home country, i moved to the us summer 06
back at home, i lost contact with all my friends, i guess we just.. changed.
now i only have 2 best friends back at home
and the rest are all here in the us.. but theyre not forever-friends...
theyre just... friends. cuz you know we all need friends.. but like after i leave the us we're probably not gonna be as close as true friends should be...
i dont know if im just worrying over nothing, but.............. i just dont have any real friends :S
i got my family, and those 2 friends at home. and thats all i got :S
my question is, are the friends i lost contact with ever going to be my friends again, when i move back?or are they not real friends for totally ignoring me and not even asking about me...?

yes it exists,
my advice: your bestfriend and the most sincere bestfriend you would ever have is yourself, better start believing and loving yourself right now

I believe true friends really do exist. I have had this friend ever since I can remember. We tell each other all our secrets and problems. She is a great person to talk to and she is like the other half of me. Anyone can find a true friend. How do you know if thier a true friend? Well, you just get this feelingwhen you're around this person. They respect you, love you, care for you, are always concerned about you, and their there when you need them. I believe that's what makes a true friend. This advice is coming from a 16 year old a.k.a. Desi.

I grew up in California for over two decades. I moved out of state and only two people kept in contact with me - now only one. I have realized that it is better to have a few good deep relationships than many shallow relationships. Friends are sometimes for a season. It seems that the season ended for you. When you go back, maybe you'll be able to pick it up again, maybe not. Either way, you'll have the one or two that make life still very good. Good luck.

it depends.. real friends do exist.. even if you move away if you still would get in touch with them and find means to keep the friendship then you will get to keep them. constant communication will sustain the friendship. If they will ignore you then they are not real friends to start with . Seeing that you worry about your friends reflects your a good person who would like to keep friends. And I'm sure you will gain more friends who will be more worthy of you..
