When I start playing guitar what are some easy fun songs I can learn.?

Question

What are some easy fun songs that dont require a lot of movement, picking or anything too complicated. Remember I have never played before. Tryin' to learn.

I am going to start with acoustic guitar.....

House of the rising sun - the animals (Am, C, D, F, Am, C, Em)
Wonderwall - Oasis (Em7, G, D, DaddE)
She Hates Me - Puddle of Mudd (E, A, F# B)
Good Riddance - Green Day (G, C9, D, Em)

When I started out playing guitar, I realized that Green Day has the easiest songs ever. Although I think they're pretty good, they aren't all that I listen to. But the first song that I learned from them was "When I Come Around"; it teaches you how to palm mute, and it gives you a good taste for power chords. After that, try "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)". Basically try all the Green Day songs.

my first song was the King of the Hill theme song. It sounds fast but its actually pretty easy to learn. no music sheets! just ears and fingers to figure out
