In Norwegian, it would be "Min engel" resp. "Engelen min". If the possessive pronoun it placed behind the subject, the subject must be reflected according to number and gender.

If you wish to make a fuller sentence, you could say:
"Du er min engel" resp. "Du er engelen min" (The first one reads: "You are my angel" whereas the second one says "You are the angel of mine", the "the" being the emphasized word)
