In theory, Humphrey's 11 is, in theory, a homeopathic medication. This means it's diluted down far enough that it should not have any actual effect on the mom or the fetus. Homeopathic meds don't do you any good, but they don't do you any harm. Possibly it will cause abortion, but they seem to be believers in homeopathy, so I doubt it has a pharmacological effect.
If she wants to have an abortion, she should go to a local Planned Parenthood as soon as possible. If she wants to continue the pregnancy, she should quit drugging/smoking/drinking and go to a doctor and get started on her prenatal care.

Call your local Planned Parenthood Clinic, her family doctor or health clinic - they can give you information and options. If she is 4 days late , it might not be pregnancy it can be stress or any number of health problems. A pregnancy test will have to be done before any thing else .
