Tom Kenney is the voice not sure if he is the singer.

David Glen Eisley (born September 5, 1952 in Los Angeles, California) is an actor and musician. He has been in the bands Giuffria (1984-1987) and Dirty White Boy (1988-1991). David Eisley has appeared in the TV shows: Beverly Hills 90210 and 7th Heaven and has been in various commercials. He is also the true voice of "Sweet Victory" which is the song at the end of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode titled Band Geeks.

I know the episode (Band Geeks) but I have exhausted all my efforts - I've asked both my kids who own every Spongebob episode and they say that it was Spongebob and he was singing to someone named "Squiddy"... and I think I've actually lost brain cells trying to answer this question.

So I'm going to stop trying now.

Erase all other answers. The vocalist is one of my all time favorite hard rock singers, David Glen Eisley. He was with Giuffria for most of his good days.

Eisley is also a semipro baseball player and an advocate of teaching/tutoring children. He donated that vocal to the Spongebob show without desiring credit. That is why it's hard to place it. But it's him all right.
