Right now, I live in a neighbourhood where whites are the minority. It sucks. Drugs and crime are everywhere. The last thing this place needs is more of that or more of the kind of people who bring that.
I used to live in a majority white city that had virtually no crime- that was nice. I plan to move out of here as soon as I can and go back to a mostly white area where I don't have to listen to police sirens day and night or worry about having my stuff stolen or getting murdered.

Probably like to see less minorities to be honest, and this is not racist. Mexicans mostly, Gang bangers from LA have been moved out of the city and into smaller towns in california, in my hometown in the past 5 years, the Mexican population has increased by 25 % and crime has risen by about 50%. If this sounds racist im sorry, this isn't something i say easily. I have many mexican friends btw.

This is a great question. Personally, I like those Chinese people. They are hard working and they don't complain. That's what you want in your community. Or Gays! I mean, they're clean and neat and they probably smell nice. I don't know but it seems that way. Have you seen that show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy? They make those straight guys all clean and better dressed.

It's an interesting question. Personally I think it really doesn't matter which minority. It really needs to be more generic, like, what type of people - In which case you want good rule abiding people and you can find that kind in ALL TYPES of MINORITIES.

But I mean, those Chinese are pretty good cause they'll do laundry and make Chinese food. I mean, have you had that General Tso's chicken? It's terrific.

Actually, most of the people living in my neighborhood are minorities. Essentially, (as far as my neighborhood goes) I am the minority (because I am Anglo). There are no Asians in my neighborhood, so I think it would be nice if they moved in.

Yes, I would like to see more white people move in because they are the current minority in this neighborhood. And less hoodrats.

Definitely yes. I live north of St. Louis. We never see anyone who does not appear to be White Caucasian. Students in school have no experience with people of different races, backgrounds, or even religions for that matter. It is hard when they move from our county to work or go to college because they lack the skills and cultural interactions to successfully relate to people different from themselves. I personally would welcome anyone from a different culture. Culture shock is real for our young people once they "leave the nest."

No, our community seems to be happy with who we have but I would like to see more Asians and Afro-Americans in the community.
