no it is not. there is only a three year difference, and alot of people do it.

Well Im a 19 yr old guy and believe me id go out with a 16 yr old girl cuz there r some fine *** 16 yr olds girls out there. and the age to consent isnt 18 its 17 and its 16 with ur parents cosent as well. and hell yea as a 19 yr old id want to do more than just date, but u just gotta make sure the girl isnt crazy or nothin so she wont flip and tell it to the cops or somethin. man 16 isnt a little girl, but yea id still be cautious of who im dealin with for sure, but i know 14 yr old girls who date 18 and 19 yr old guys and no one says anything. 19 and 16 isnt that far apart really and i dont think the parents would be that upset with it if the guy was a good guy.

not illegal to date, but obviously a 19 year old man wants something more than a dinner and a movie. a 16 year old is a minor. i think the 3 year stipulation applies when both parties are minors yeat there is an age difference. why date some high school chick when you can nab someone your own age anyways? and vice versa....?

By law an individual is not considered able to make decisions until age 18. Therefore the age of consent is not until they are 18. There is dating and there is "dating". If your relationship involves sex, you can be charged with statutory rape regardless of whether the 16 year old agreed to it or not. This is because by law a 16 year old cannot make that decision. It is a dangerous situation. I would proceed with caution if I were you.

No it isnt illegal...depending on where you are from...in my country you are legally able to have sexual intercourse at 16 for girls and 18 for guys...I think its because girls mature quicker ans there isnt really much they can do about it either...if they want to do it they will find a way....

That depends on the state you are in. If you happen to be in Texas, if your birthdates fall within three years of one another then you are almost as good as safe. (It is a defense to prosecution that the older person is within three years of age from the younger)

16 yr old needs to be 18 before she is considered an adult.
19 is an adult.
So to a judge it would look like
ADULT DATING CHILD.

Not illegal to date per se, but to have sex. Different states have different laws. If her parents find out your a$$ is grass dude.
Mostly because you can vote and she can't. You can buy porn she can't. Basically because you're an adult and she isn't
