I know what you are talking about. After a hard day at work, I can't wait to come home to my animals. Mainly my cats, but I also love seeing my cow and horse.
In nicer weather, the thought of coming home and walking my horse was so relaxing. We got her because she was starving to death. I have only walked her so far, because she needed to gain so much weight. In a few months, I'll be able to come home and ride her. I'm really looking forward to that.
But, this winter, my cats is what I looked forward to coming home to. They are just so loving and funny. They come curl up on your lap and the next thing you know they are playing and entertaining you.
If I didn't have animals to come home to, I think I'd go totally crazy.

I love seeing my pets when I'm home. My pets love to see me too, especially when I give them special scratches in those special places like under the chin and behind the ears.
Studies have shown that people who have pets are healthier, happier, less stressed and live longer!
Need any other reasons to have / not have pets?

nope. not a weirdo...the first thing i do when i get up is go out to my horses. i love they way they greet me and i love to snuggle them and breathe them in any chance i get. i make several visits with them during the day (course i ride them a lot) and i cannot go to bed unless ive spent a while in the pasture (i dont care what the weather is) with them saying goodnight in the darkness sniffing and snuggling them. ...yup....know exactly how you feel ;)
