ever seen reggie miller play, he wore finger pads while he was shooting, i always thought it was a style thing, sort of like that arm sleeve that helps out allen iverson. i really dont know if those finger pads work or help sprained fingers. just concentrate on catching the ball man..

Yep - it's called experience. Let it happen enough times and you'll learn to catch the ball properly.

yeah i saw it in a magazine once. they come in different colors and sizes.
