can i file chapter 7,after fileing 13 in five years. and didnt pay that back eather

It got harder to file for bankruptcy in 2006. I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers who would say they could help you, but I'm thinking they won't be able to.

You'd be better off cutting up your credit cards, consolidating your bills, and arranging payment plans with your creditors.

no, you can file a Chapter 7 case that is filed within six years from the date that the Chapter 13 was filed. It depends on your case area, max in cares you have no pay any types charges, but if you have file for an educational case, then you have a need to pay as court take the fine.
