To start....I am NOT the only person having this problem.

If you can't get your problem resolved even though you have tried to go through Y!A staff...Katie and Jane...and you have contacted CC with absolutely NO response...who can you contact?

All you have to do is go to "Report Wrongful Violations" and there are a ton of people there.

Is there anyone at Yahoo that cares about it's customers?

In addition to using the free services....at one time I WAS a paying customer for some of their services.

I ask in here as I can't seem to get an answer in any other area...

I guess I was mistaken thinking that they actually had a chain that you could follow.

At least good companies do.

customer care is non existant, but we must continue to fight these wrongful violations

incidentally, can I please ask EVERYONE to complain about Violations when they are not warranted.?
A lot of people have been deleted recently after working very hard to get up to a level where they can ask and answer unlimited.

If you get violated for something that is NOT even close to being offensive, please report it with the email header "harassment by another user" and state that you do not deserve this violation. Say that it is harassment and you want the matter investigated and the REPORTERS account suspended.

I will be reporting EVERY one from now on

Lets stop the mindless yobs destroying our work

Just one point though. If you deserve the Violation - take it on the chin !

I received violations as well and I did complain. I forwarded them the violation notices I received, and ask them if that actually read the question and the response. Mine were ridiculous, to say the least. Usually 'not a question or an answer'. That I was in full belief it was kids looking to get others to do their homework for them and got ticked off 'cause I told them to do their own homework as I had to do mine. (older college grad)

So, send a reply as they give you the opportunity in the violation letters, and they take a week or so, but they did drop all my violations. They did finally read it and figured out I was the one being honest. I believe their server has the software written into it and it's an auto-response.
