My Knee hurts when i walk on it...Yesterday i came home from school and ran and then my knee started hurting can anyone help me? I can't even walk right.

you should go to the doctor and get x-rays or a scan on your knee Put some ice on it for the pain and take an aspirin

Thats what happened to me after gym class one day. If it's extremely painful I would go see a doctor..but if its just a slight pain just take Advil. Always helps me when I'm in pain. I think the pain came from wearing skater runners instead of proper running shoes..It could be your shoes thats making your knee hurt.

Sometimes its due to, to much exercise or you probably ran a lot and if you hadn't had any exercise in a while, this is a result due to laziness, or people who don't get enough rest at night! Just try drinking some coconut water, and rest if you hadn't any rest! Or if its due to laziness and this was your first time running a lot in a while you will get over it and won't experience this again, unless you exercise every continuing day without taking a day off.

well my left knee hurts too, i got back from track practice and laid down for a lil while and i was kinda pressuring my left leg and not letting sirculatin through, so i gues thats something to do with it, cause now its fine

Go to the hospital and get some X-Rays and take some pain reliever.
