Sir,

I do believe I have heard of this phenomenon and the studies related to it. In a recently declassified file, I read of these children that seemed to have prior knowledge of this, without any possible way for this to be so. At this time I recommend scouring the internet for answers to this problem, however I will personally see to it that the said declassified files will be made available to the general public at a later date.
