If you want something really awesome and not just boring Roman/Greek mythology, look for the Mabinogion illustrated by Alan Lee (lord of the rings concept artist). It has some of the most amazing illustrations of gods and mythological figures ever! You can probably find some of them online as well.
Also, really well-known painters who have represented the above-mentioned Roman/Greek pantheons are Botticelli (Venus and Mars, Birth of Venus), Jacopo Tintoretto (The Origin of the Milky Way), Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres (Jupiter and Thetis), Rubens (The Judgement of Paris), Titian (Venus and Adonis), and Dali (The Metamorphoris of Narcissus). There are two good ways to find pictures. One way is yahoo Image searches. Another is www.wizards.com they own Dungeons and Dragons and magic the gathering so they are bound to have a lot of pictures of mythological creatures some that they patented.
