Yes, everything works out fine and you're not missing anything, though I'm a bit iffy on the power supply included with the case. Usually, included power supplies don't perform too well. I also couldn't tell if the case comes with pre-installed fans, but if it does, you're good to go.
Good luck!

Should be fine. You could actually go a little higher on the RAM speed, you have 667 picked out, the mobo will support up to 800. The lower speed will still work fine.
What floppy drive is that? It's not 5.25", is it? Couldn't tell.
Anyways, here is what I didn't see, that you will need, or may want, if you don't already have this stuff:
CPU - didn't see that it was included with the mobo.
CD/DVD-ROM drives: I would suggest at least a CD-read/write player, and a DVD player.
Power Supply - usually included psu's aren't that great. If you plan on adding things...go with at least 400 Watts...yours is 300. This may end up proving unstable for your system.
Firewire (1394) and USB headers. I didn't see that included on the mobo. Your tower has front port connectors, but your mobo may or may not have the headers to plug into. You can get a PCI add in that has internal headers to hook those up. Although the mobo should at the very least have 2 internal headers on board. Otherwise, those will be dead connections on the front panel.

the only compatibility issues you maximum in all hazard might stumble upon is that in case you attempt to place in new areas alongside with previous ones. Your motherboard will require a particular processor, (socket 478 and others) verify your processor is properly suited with the motherboard. i'm uncertain approximately your power supply, too a lot can fry your motherboard and different peripherals whilst you're no longer careful. So, examine your motherboard's instruction manual and make sure it fairly is the main suitable wattage. you need to examine your motherboard's manuals to confirm this is properly suited with the reminiscence, maximum motherboards are in simple terms properly suited with a optimal of 2GB, in simple terms some are waiting to have extra beneficial than that... in spite of if the motherboard has slots for 4, it ought to no longer be properly suited. i might follow 2GB for now. followers, all must be completely useful and should no longer have a concern in any equipment. Your best concerns could be the reminiscence and the Processor being properly suited with the motherboard. it might all artwork, yet there is usually a threat some thing wont artwork. I incredibly have outfitted 5+ desktops out of previous spare areas, and that they worked great.

Looks good for gaming, make sure you have enough cooling fans for the processor, MB, etc.. Looks Good, Happy Gaming
Save your money, don't do floppy, the MB is set up with USB, Go with flash drives instead, floppy drives are Outdated now.

Double check your motherboard. It supports PCI-e x16, but only operates in x1 mode. Needless to say this will throttle your graphics bandwidth. It may not even be compatible with the video card you picked out.
