I think they love being taken care of with his wealth. I don't know if that makes them gold diggers, but they certainly know which side their bread is buttered on. ;-)

I read that if Hef dies that Holly with get $3 million dollars and Bridget and Kendra will get $500,000 each if they are still dating him and living in the mansion but I don't know whether that's true or not. Hef has kids so they will get the majority of his inheritance unless one of them ends up marrying him. Although I'm sure the lifestyle that goes along with dating Hugh Hefner is a great perk I honestly think they all love him and are not gold diggers. If they were truly gold diggers they wouldn't be working or in school. Holly is studying business and real estate development. Bridget is really intelligent and has a masters in communication and is currently working on a certificate in broadcast journalism. And Kendra is in massage therapy school. They all seem to have their own life plans regardless of whether they are with Hef or not. I didn't ever think any 20-something girl dating a rich old man was genuine, but I really think Holly Bridget and Kendra are.

Holly appears to be the only 'gold digger' and she wants to have his baby................
Bridgette, is working towards a Master's Degree in Journalism.
Kendra would be happier in a men's locker room or the team mascot.
I just don't think Bridgette and Kendra love Hef. I feel they are only there while they figure out what they really want to do.

I think they have grown to care for him, but would they treat Hef like a husband and live their with him forever? I would say no.......I think they enjoy the lifestyle, the privileges and the opportunities. But, they are young girls and eventually want to leave. But, I am sure they will think VERY carefully before they do it. Life with Hef is too good right now.

It could be a little bit of both, but when you see episodes such as Hef's Birthday party, you can see the real care and love they put into everything for him. The fact that he is a bagillionaire is a good plus, though!
