My HSG says RIGHT CORNUAL BLOCK. What does it mean? How serious is the problem? Whether it can be treated? Success rate? Can i become pregnant?

It means your right tube is blocked, either completely or incompletely but either way it will affect your chances of getting pg. It really depends on the individual case as to whether or not it can be fixed. If your left tube is open then you can still get pg, it just might take a little longer.
