all my browsers have been acting weird lately,i click something an it most of the time opens in new tabs. sometimes it doesn't. this is soo annoying. i checked the settings of my browsers. anyone know what my problem may be? ohh yeah i even restored my computer.

even ie7 does this all my 4 browsers have started doing this, and they didn't before.

Specifics. Which browsers?
You can try a new mouse if you have restored the original configuration. If that doesn't work, try swapping users. That always worked when I couldn't find a problem with a users computer.

Do you like IE7?
if not I would recomend just uninstalling it all together (as most people in bussiness and the Tech field have already done).
IE7 stores personal information and keeps track of eveywebsite you visit on the internet and deams it to be 'safe' or not...

Not sure what browser you are using, but it sounds like you are using IE7, which uses tabs. Personally, I don't like IE7 and have chosen to use IE6. If you don't like how this operates go back to IE6.
