The Whale.
Sperm whales have brains six times more massive than humans.
Whales cannot show us how intelligent they are because they are marine mammals and hence did not evolve hands the way we monkeys did.
Some whales in captivity exhibit extensive learning and problem-solving skills.
Whales at first glance don't look very bright. They move slowly. They spend most of their lives just swimming about and feeding. Then again, Einstein spent most of his time staring at the ceiling.

In my opinion there are probably a few - the dolphin being one of them. However, we have the ever popular opposable thumb, so we are multi-dexterous, able to create tools, while other animals cannot.
I also have a theory that there are other animals that have just as a complex communication system as we do, but they communicate either with subtle body language or fully telepathically. If they are telepathic, there is no way we can gauge their communication, thus we think they are "dumb".
So to answer your question, I think that we may be the most intelligent, bu it is possible that there are close seconds!!

It really depends on the human being. I mean, I have met some human beings that were a lot less smarter than my dog! And, definitely, my dog could give better answers or ask better questions that some people on Y/A, including myself!
