You look skinny or you're getting skinny, should I take it as a compliment. One person who said it followed it up with," but you look good". And another person wanted to know why I looked skinny. I said "because I lost weight". And then they said "that fast". I said' it wasn't all that fast it was gradual. Plus she hasn't seen me in awhile. I not sure if that was a compliment. What do you guys think?

The "but you look good" could possibly mean 2 things:
1) She wanted to clarify that she didn't think you looked freakishly skinny
2) But you still look good. Meaning don't go further.

If they said "that fast", though, that's something to ponder. I'd stick with option 2, in that case, because getting too skinny can be REALLY dangerous.

You said it was gradual, so it shouldn't be an issue, but just make sure that you don't go overboard.

I'm skinny, and happy to be skinny. It's better than being overweight, don't mind what other people say.
