I believe Arsene Wenger is one of the best managers in the world!
Arsenal nearly won the Champions league last year.... remember?
But winning the Champions league or the Premier league does not just lie only on the manager. It also got to do with the club's management and it's players.
With lack of funds, due to money invested in the new stadium, Wenger has done the best approach in buying young players and grooming them to be superstars.
Just give him some time... Arsenal might just do it! Anyway, all is still not lost.... They still could beat PSV Eindhoven at home and progress to the next round !

Of course he is ... one of the best in the world!! The success of the team doesn't soley rely on the manager .... there are other factors that play a big role as well, and you can never predict what will happen in the world of football! It is frustrating to get so close to victory and then be denied in the end, everyone has their share of bad luck from time to time! But it's up to us to try and turn that around, by going all out and playing with everything that we've got. The energy of the team is amazing with all the youngsters now developing their individual styles and tactics:
*Fabregas
*Hoyte
*Clichy
*Adebayor .... and pretty soon Walcott will join them, as soon as the boss thinks he's fully ready to play for an entire game. That's the thing about Wenger, he always seems to know just when to put a player on in order to make the necessary impact -- not only on the pitch, but with the fans as well!
Like it's been said plenty of times now ..... patience .... that's all we need to have. Just wait for it, it'll come !!!

He did take them to the CL final last year. Thats a accomplishement.
But Arsenal are a young team at the moment. Even in the league they have one game they can look like the best in the world, the next they struggle. I think they don't have the right formula exactly yet but they are a great team and should improve. In regards to PSV, they are'nt out yet.

That's just jose gloating... he is as capable as other manager of winning UEFA.
Tough competition this year. Arsenal as a team though didn't play with that sense of urgency in the first leg. They'd need to improve that.
