It is obvious that she had never planned on her son predeceasing her. Even if she said she wanted to be buried in California before - you have to realize that was before her son died. You could see how distraught she was after his death. I totally believe that her death could have been deliberate to be with her son - and now her money chasing mother who she had no contact with is in the picture is attempting to stop her from being with her son. No wonder Anna Nicole Smith had nothing to do with her. The mother is showing she does not realize true love between mother and child to even think that she does not want to be buried with her child. How can anyone not see she should be buried with her child? It does not matter what she did in her social or private life, she always remained close to Howard and I believe he is the only one that can truly speak for her. If the Judge does not let Howard bury Nicole by her son it will be a terrible injustice.

The Judge is a joke, he's playing this to the max, guess he wants his 15 minutes of fame. And yes I too think she should be buried next to her son.And for the guys everyone of them were nobodies until they had a fling with Smith. I think they all need to have the DNA done so that baby can get settled where she belongs.As for her Mother, you hit the nail on the head, just goes to show you the police force needs to give mental evaluations before they let people on there force.

I agree that she should be buried near her son, but I'm not so sure Howard should speak for her. Howard was there when Daniel died. Howard was there when Anna Nicole died. How do we know that he was not somehow involved in their deaths? He is the executor of the will and possibly the father of the baby. He stood to gain alot of money if Anna Nicole and Daniel both died.

i think and obvious Ann should be buried next to her son..
I do not feel bad for her Ann mother.. because she wanted to have money and she would do anything to do to get the money.... And If some already buried in the ground and dig back up is disrespect on that dead person and the family.. If her son is from Ca but Anna move to Bahama and she liking it there.. So it not so wrong to buried someone close to you close by..

I agree that Anna should be buried with Daniel! He was the one constant in her life and her true love. I think that she truly died of a broken heart over the loss of her son and that Howard had absolutely nothing to do with her death. For those who think Howard killed Anna- It makes zero sense for him to kill his cash cow her death has done nothing but bring more pain and money hunger supposed relatives

All that really matters is what she said in her will. If the will is legal and wasn't executed under duress, Anna Nicole's mother can complain to her heart's content about what she think Anna said 10 years ago and it doesn't make a bit of difference.
And you can all speculate about what's fair and who's a jerk - but this is a legal issue - not some stupid reality show - and none of that matters.

What if they decide to bury Ms Smith in California and then later move her sons body to California next to her. Don't you think that is where her son would like to be buried -he only went to the Bahamas to see the new baby.(he is from California!!!)

The Anna Nicole that we have seen is one drugged out and controlled by Stern. I have been watching the court proceeding every day, all day. Stern is a sick, twisted little dweeb. She has been his meal ticket. This guy is in his forties and borrowing moniey from his elderly parents because he has no income of his own? He has been living off her! WAKE UP! Stern killed her son, and then killed her. He is NOT the father of the little girl.

When you lose a child, you cant think or feel. She probably wanted to die and Howard (Gigi lo, lawyer, drug pusher) just helped her along.
5 days before her death he asked for a copy of her will....hummmm
